Vít Hladík

Vit Hladik is research coordinator for Geo-Energy at Czech Geological Survey. His main professional focus is research and project management in the field of CO2 geological storage. He coordinated several international projects with this topic, and, at present, he leads CO2-SPICER - a Czech-Norwegian project co-funded by Norway Grants, aiming at preparation of a CO2-storage pilot project in Czechia.

Vit is Czech national representative in the SET Plan Implementation Working Group 9 on CCS and CCU, past-president of ENeRG - the European Network for Research in Geo-Energy, and member of several expert groups focusing on geo-energy research. Vit possesses MSc degree in applied geophysics from Charles University in Prague, and MBA title from Nottingham Trent University / Brno Business School.
