Viktoriya Kerelska

Viktoriya Kerelska is Head of Advocacy & Messaging at WindEurope. She coordinates the Association’s response on policy and regulatory developments affecting wind energy at national and EU level.  This includes e.g. EU 2030 and 2050 energy policy, permitting, State aid rules and supply chain competitiveness.  Prior to joining WindEurope in 2015, Viktoriya has been working in the renewable energy sector for the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Energy Cities and the European Commission. A Bulgarian national, Viktoriya has a background in political affairs and holds a M.A. in International Energy from Sciences Po Paris.
